Mix them, pair them, modify them, do whatever you want. This is meant to be a simple, narrowly focused way for you to discover workouts for wherever and whoever you are. The collection admittedly has a HIIT and Crossfit slant, but there's a little something for everyone.
Trying to figure out how to get around? Tags (at the bottom of individual workouts) are generally the exercises and equipment that comprise a workout. Categories (under workout names) are a way of describing the workout (i.e. one that requires Dumbbells only or one from the Crossfit Girls collection).
