ATW 2018-07-07

On sand or grass, ideally:

4 Rounds:
10 standing long jumps
10 tuck jumps from a kneeling position
10 burpees
10 jumping squats

Then:
10 time through this combo:
6 jumping lunges
4 burpee tuck jumps
20m sprint

Inspired by these guys.

If you're not on sand, consider substituting 5 burpees for 10 long jumps in the first part.
