30 Day Cardio Challenge

For 30 active days:

On Day 1, run 100m and row 100m
On Day 2, run 200m and row 200m
On Day 3, run 300m and row 300m
Continue this pattern for 30 days

Build in rest days as needed, but ideally not more than 2 per week. Rest days are not counted toward the 30 active days. The last day of the challenge should be a 3,000 meter run and a 3,000 meter row.
