Starting Strength "B Day"

Bench Press: 5-5-5
Deadlift: 1 x 5
This is part of the Starting Strength strength training program. You can read about it at startingstrength.com or other websites, such as this post on Muscle and Fitness. In short, it's a strength training program designed to be simple, with lots of rest. This is the "B Day" which is meant to be alternated with the "B Day" with a day of rest in between (A, Rest, B, Rest, etc). The intent is to increase weight, even slightly, each day.
